This Legal Notice contains the mandatory company information for the operator of the EDUstick® online store at edustick.eu, as required by Article 5 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (18 July 2002), Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, and Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. It also serves as a central reference point for our other legal documents.

The following documents govern your use of the EDUstick® store and your relationship with us. Please review them carefully:

§ 6. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at:

Consumers domiciled in the European Union may use this platform to submit a complaint regarding goods or services purchased online. We are, however, not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. For complaints, please contact us directly at contact@edustick.eu.

The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

§ 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EDUstick® online store (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, product designs, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the website) is owned by EDUstick Sp. z o.o. or used under licence, and is protected by Polish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

EDUstick® is a registered trademark of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Magic Filament™ is a trademark of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the website are the property of their respective owners.

No part of the website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of EDUstick Sp. z o.o.

§ 8. Hosting and Platform

The EDUstick® online store is hosted on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify International Limited (Ireland) and its affiliates.
